Excellent location for hospital access, effective fitness center, cozy lobby areas with inviting décor
Inconsistent service quality needs addressing!!! Maintenance requests were ignored, and room cleanliness left much to be desired. Also, the parking area felt unsafe at times, which is quite concerning!!!

The coffee station offered a great selection that made mornings enjoyable. The room layout was practical and made it easy to move around. Everything was well thought out for families.
However, the check-in process could use some streamlining.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and I absolutely loved the coffee station in the room! I enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool and the hot tub after a long day. Just a small downside was some noise from the neighbors, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

Had a fantastic time on our group trip! The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed playing at the nearby Sierra Lakes Golf Club. The rooms had great amenities like refrigerators and microwaves, which made our stay really convenient. Plus, there are awesome outdoor adventures nearby. Definitely recommend checking out the casino too!
One downside was that the dining options felt a bit pricey for what you get, and the breakfast wasn't quite what we expected.

The lobby's inviting décor, with its cozy fireplace and comfy seating, made me feel right at home. The accessibility features throughout the hotel were a wonderful touch, especially for seniors like me who appreciate convenience.
More seating in common areas would be ideal.

The fitness center here has surprisingly decent equipment, especially for a hotel, making it easy to stay on track with a workout routine. The location is conveniently close to major highways, perfect for travelers looking to get around quickly.
The room had an old, musty smell, and the curtains were stained, which didn't provide a pleasant atmosphere. During my stay, the shower water temperature fluctuated, resulting in a lukewarm experience that made it difficult to feel refreshed. Additionally, the coffee maker in the room didn’t function properly on two separate occasions, which was frustrating for someone needing their caffeine fix in the morning. It's also disappointing that breakfast comes at an extra charge, especially when competing hotels offer it for free. Overall, the upkeep appears lacking and could use some attention.

Disappointing Experience with Security Concerns
We had a very unsettling night, disrupted multiple times by loud alarms and unexpected knocks from security over a minor noise complaint. Communication issues really marred our stay, leaving little room for relaxation. Suggest confirming room preferences before arrival for a smoother check-in process.

The room I stayed in offered a cozy and comfortable vibe. Everything felt accessible, and the bedding was warm, which made for a good night’s sleep. The coffee station got a solid thumbs up as I appreciated the convenience. However, I faced some noise issues from neighbors that disrupted the peace. The elevator was dirty during my stay, which was off-putting considering the overall cleanliness elsewhere in the hotel. The front desk staff could use a lesson in hospitality. they seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, which soured the experience a bit.

The location was ideal, nestled near the hospital and freeway, making travel easy. I found the cozy King Room very accessible and comfortably appointed, with a coffee station that was a nice touch. However, the service was inconsistent, and there was noise from the nearby roads that disturbed the peace occasionally. Breakfast was decent, but I expected more variety in the dining options.
